This distillery contains the following properties:

• Standard version
• Side mounted distillation column)
• According to European Regulation 2014 / 68 / EU
• Potstill, 600mm Ø, made of special high-quality copper material, highly-polished and smooth
  • (quality according to hammered copper), 2-3mm strong
• Fill capacity: 100L
• Fill opening: 300mm Ø
• Discharge 100 mm Ø and 4″ ball valve waterbath is completely made of stainless steel
• Pear shaped helmet: connected using stainless stell flanging without visible screws or gaskets inside or outside with viewing glasses and thermometer
• Superaromator made of stainless steel (special distillation column)
  Ø320 mm x 900-1000 mm with 3 bubblecaps
• Bubblecaps: new construction with increased copper surface and turbulent motion of liquid.
• Free adjustable fluid level on distillation plates – flexible adjustment of alcohol content and
  aroma of distilled mash. Including a pre-condenser in the head of the column
  (dephlegmator)
• Inspection-glasses: 4 viewing windows of NW 100
  V4A condenser Ø 170 x 1000 mm high with coolling-automatic and thermostatic regulator.
• Safty features: overflow, vacuum-breaker, pressure gauge.
• Spirit piping, outflow device for distillate and water installation: completely made of stainless steel.
• Possible way of heating: wood,oil, gas, electric and steam.
